Some important information about your hotel.

What you should know:

  • External tower refacing will be ongoing with minimal guest impact.

Located on a sprawling 62 acres, the oceanfront Hilton Waikoloa Village's most prominent feature is its vast array of activities and diversions, including a chance to interact with live dolphins, and is approximately 19 miles from Keahole-Kona International Airport. Local attractions include Kailua-Kona Town and Anaehoomalu Bay.

Guests may cruise on mahogany canal boats along the waterways within the resort, while air-conditioned tram cars provide another means of transportation. The tropical gardens and walkways are accented with Polynesian and Asian artwork. The resort's most unique feature is the onsite Dolphin Quest Learning Lagoon, an informative setting where guests can encounter live dolphins. Swimming opportunities include a four-acre swimming and snorkeling lagoon and three swimming pools (two with waterfalls and slides). An onsite sailing company can arrange sailing and snorkeling excursions. Active guests will enjoy basketball and volleyball courts, access to nearby golf courses and tennis courts, and the fitness center located in the 25,000 square-foot Kohala Sports Club & Spa. The resort offers cultural shows, an art gallery, and tours of its grounds and resident wildlife. Also available in the spa are massage therapies, beauty treatments, and steam rooms. Other amenities include a tour desk, business center, wireless Internet access, beauty salon, children's programs, shopping, and live entertainment. Dining options include the Boat Landing Pavilion, Donatoni's Italian cuisine, Japanese fare at Imari, Kamuela Provision Company, Kirin Chinese restaurant, Lagoon Grill, Legends of the Pacific luau dinner show, Malolo Lounge, Orchid Cafe, and the Palm Terrace.

Guest rooms feature radios, cable TV, movies on-demand, hairdryers, irons and ironing boards, coffeemakers, safes, minibars, refrigerators, telephones, bath amenities, private lanais, and high-speed Internet access (for a fee).
