It is approximately 9 miles from Charlotte Douglas International Airport, 4 miles from I-77 and 6 miles from Uptown Charlotte, boasting Bank of American Stadium (NFL Panthers), Bobcats Arena and the Charlotte Convention Center. The Courtyard is 1 mile from the Southpark Mall, 3.5 miles to Queens University of Charlotte, 9 miles to Carowinds and 23 miles to both Lowes Motor Speedway and Verizon Wireless Ampitheater. Hotel amenities include the Courtyard Cafe (open for breakfast only), a 24-hour market with snacks and beverages, pool, whirlpool, exercise room, laundry room and complimentary parking. All rooms have cable TV & HBO, work desks, two phones, voicemail, high-speed Internet access, weekday newspaper delivery, complimentary in-room coffee, irons, ironing boards and hairdryers.
