The Maui Parkshore offers condominiums directly across Kihei's coastal road from popular Kamaole Beach III and approximately 20 miles from Kahului Airport. Kamaole Beach III offers a large, open park area with a small playground and a protected sandy beach. Golfing is two miles away.

Maui Parkshore has a pool area, gas barbecues, free local calls, and free parking.

Maui Parkshore features two-bedroom, two-bath oceanfront condominiums that can sleep up to five guests. Condos are 1050 square feet and equipped with a queen and two twin beds. All units have private lanais, living rooms, towels, linens, irons, vacuums, alarm clocks, cable TV, VCRs or DVD players, high-speed Internet access (for a fee), washers and dryers, and full kitchens with microwaves, coffeemakers, blenders, toasters, dishes, glasses, silverware, pots and pans, utensils, and baking dishes. Condos are pre-stocked with an initial supply of soft goods (paper products). Maid service is available for an additional fee. Rollaways and cribs are also available for a fee.
