This location is also seven miles from outlet shopping, 13 miles from Sea World® Orlando, 15 miles from Wet 'n' Wild, 17 miles from Universal Orlando® Resort, and 50 miles from Busch Gardens Tampa.

The property has an outdoor pool. Guests also have access to the property amenities located at Summer Bay Resort, which is across the street from the Inn at Summer Bay. Those property's amenities include transportation to the Walt Disney World® Resort, 64-acre lake with white sandy beach, water sports, aqua park, tiki bar, 3 heated free-form pools and children's pools, 18-hole Rocky Falls Adventure Golf, Interactive Water Playground, basketball, tennis, horseshoes, shuffleboard, volleyball, planned activities for all ages daily/nightly and more.
